Edinburgh Fringe 2026

I brought two original shows up to the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe!

Check out the reviews below!

Cowards!

A modern Shakespearean tragedy set in a flat-share kitchen. It’s a foolish game of hide and seek between two masters of disguise, where neither player can hide from the other, and neither quite wants to be found.

"A production filled with bold choices that mostly pay off." - Broken Legs Blog

"A raw, funny, and promising new play with two compelling performances" - Elemental Theatre

"Five stars. An incredible bit of drama. The everyday human condition brought to convincing life with delightful breaks in the fourth wall and lots of nods to Shakespeare. The writing was exquisite." - Audience Member

"The tension, subtext and complexity of each character is dialled up to eleven in this resonant meta dramedy. Both actors deliver sympathetic, layered performances and the writing is sublime!" - Audience Member

Quinn's Abyss

From Dante's Inferno to the pits of depression. Quinn has lost sight of the pathway to contentment.

Follow along as she traverses the chasm between the cliffs of expectation and reality, overcoming denial, deception, and even dragons.

"A woman’s journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance is laid bare through gorgeous silhouette projections in this ambitiously creative piece."

"While the inspiration of Dante’s Inferno, with hellish soundscapes and frightening beasts, is there, this is a creative individual work, and one that enables Quinn Hampton’s potential as a theatre-maker to shine through."

- ReadAboutStuff

"As an allegory for the journey of the self, it feels timeless and hugely effective."

"It’s a beautiful characterisation of the therapeutic process."

"All in all, Quinn’s Abyss is a gorgeous artistic achievement, and unlike anything else I’ve seen at the Fringe."

- Broadway Baby

"A beautiful, haunting piece that had a palpable effect on the audience. The narration is brilliant, and the shadow puppetry is sublime! Exactly what I wanted to see at this year’s Fringe."
